During university times I have travelled a lot through Europe. I also travel much through my country, my beautiful Portugal full of history and testimonies of the past. Interesting places, times, people and lifestyles inspire me. My art always has something that comes from those distant times, distant places, traditions. My art is the way I have found to transform all those things almost lost, places almost forgotten, into beautiful sceneries and funny feelings experienced by my little foolish cartoons.
