ROSARIUM PHILOSOFORUM is a surrealist painting, part of "Alchemy" series I made back in October 2015 for an exhibition in Bucharest at Art yourself Gallery for the No 88 project.
It was then shown in Danmark on February 2017 in a prestigious collective exhibition, part of the Imaginaire project, 9th edition, run by Fantasmus.
It appears also in the artbook published by the same Fantasmus for Imaginaire IX . You can have your own copy of the album visiting my website.
The composition has its roots in alchemy symbolism and the ancient imagery with bonds in contemporaneity.
It's about subtleties of the inner world. It would be unfair to unveil its mystery and so impair the pleasure of self discovery of the meanings.
