I was born in August 1967. I am married and have 3 adorable children. My family and I live near Graz.
I work as a nurse at the University clinic in Graz and I absolutely love my job, even though it can be very stressful sometimes.
My passion for painting started because I was looking for something relaxing in my leisure time; something where I could escape from the hectic daily routine as a nurse. Art has always interested me, especially because my grandfather was an excellent watercolour painter. He created some incredible pieces of art and inspired my works, too.
However, I prefer to work with acryl colours on canvases, because it reflects my creativity and my personality in ways nothing else can.
Painting has become a major part in my life; therefore, my painting workshop is a place of inspiration for me, which I am daily bounded to. The beauty of nature is also a main inspiration for my art.
In the last years I have also visited numerous seminars and workshops with renowned artists. Yet I still consider myself as an Autodidact.
Recently I have started to exhibit my work in Austria and also abroad.
